Beyoncé has delayed her highly-anticipated announcement originally set for January 14.
This decision comes in light of devastating wildfires affecting Southern California.

In her Instagram statement, Beyoncé expressed:

“The January 14th announcement will be postponed... I continue to pray for healing and rebuilding for the families suffering from trauma and loss.”

The singer pledged $2.5 million to the LA Fire Relief Fund through her BeyGOOD foundation.
The fund will assist affected families in Altadena/Pasadena and support local churches and community centers.

Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles, shared that her Malibu home was destroyed in the recent fires, highlighting the personal impact of this disaster.
